BMCE provided Civil and Structural engineering consultancy services for mixed use office development at 160 Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4. The project involves a 6 storey 18,580m2 office block over a double level basement accommodating carparking plant and a 1,860m2 gym including swimming pool beneath the level of the adjacent Dodder river. Feature aspects include:

  • Circular glazed section to the front elevation and internally
  • New baguette rain screen system to curved glazed areas
  • Fitness Gym at upper basement level
  • Reinforced concrete flat slab construction
  • Extensive roof terraces and gardens
  • High specification fit out to provide landmark corporate headquarters
