The award winning re-development of Debenhams flagship department store on Henry Street in Dublin’s City Centre. The project consisted of:

  • Structural alterations to the existing store involving the removal of spine walls, stairwells, escalators, facades, walls and columns.
  • Strengthening of the existing structure.
  • New façade structure to support new precast feature cladding.
  • Cantilever corner glass atrium and a large central escalator well with large glazed rooflight over.
  • Two additional storeys added to the building, to give a total retail area of approximately 15,000m2
