The new build project involves the construction of 4 no. student residential blocks up to 7-storey at Mill Street, Dublin 8 to provide in excess of 400 bed spaces.  The Development also includes ancillary facilities comprising a launderette, toilets, student services with commercial, retail and restaurant.  The development contained extensive landscaping works and feature cycle parking. 

Services provided by BMCE:

• Structural appraisals and condition schedules.
• Preparation of planning package, design of structural and civil engineering elements of the project.
• Preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tenders, monitoring on site during construction stage, cost control, reporting.
• Health & Safety Designer duties.
• Design compliance verification and other related services associated with the project execution and delivery.
