Cherrywood Town Centre Loop Ramp

The Cherrywood ‘Loop Ramp’ is a vehicle access tunnel, which will serve the Cherrywood Town Centre triple level basment. The loop ramp provides access and egress from Cherrywood Avenue to Basement Level -2

This 2-way vehicular ramp structure is in a curvilinear box tunnel form – curved on plan and sloping in level. It is a conventional reinforced concrete structure with anti-buoyancy ground anchor piles. Construction was expertly carried out by John Cradock Ltd, using ‘cut and cover’ methodology.
