Cherrywood Town Centre is a mixed use development which will be the heart of Cherrywood, Irelands largest Urban Development. The first phase of the town centre to be constructed is TC2, which was complete in 2023. TC2 is a development of two apartment blocks with a total of 431 apartments over a two level basement carpark. The structure is a concrete frame with transfer slab above the carpark. The development is adjacent to the Cherrywood Luas stop, and involves construction of a new road (Grand Parade) parallel to the Luas, and new basement carparking below the Luas Viaduct.
TC1 Residential was completed in 2024 which is also directly adjacent to the Cherrywood Luas stop. This phase consists of three apartment blocks with a total of 317 apartments, over a two level basement. The carpark of the two phases are connected under the Luas Viaduct.
This development has been designed to the highest sustainability standards, and has been awarded "Global Section Leader" by GRESB with the top score in Europe. The development is also BREEAM certified and is also set to become Irelands first WELL certified Community.
