Project Update: Pipers Square Residential Development, Charlestown, Finglas

Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers are providing civil and structural consulting engineering services for Cairn Homes’ Pipers Square development in Charlestown, Finglas.

When complete, this will be the largest Passive House Development in Europe, comprising 598 residential units.

The pace of construction has been extremely impressive. Excavation of the first of two basements commenced in January of this year and the progress to date is evident from these photos.
