Project Update: Barnhill Residential Development, Dalkey, Dublin

Construction works are nearing completion at this residential site at Barnhill, Dalkey Co. Dublin. Scaffolding for the 13 no. houses have now been removed with the civil drainage well progressed also. The apartment block consisting of 23 units constructed with load-bearing masonry and precast floors over an undercroft basement parking has now been topped out with façade installation almost complete.

The overall works include:

• Kingpost retaining wall system

• Significant rock excavation

• Undercroft basement parking

• Construction of residential apartment block incorporating 23 no. apartments

• Construction of 13 Houses

• All civil works associated with apartment blocks and houses
