Project Update – Barnhill Residential Development, Dalkey, Co Dublin

Construction works are ongoing at this residential site at Barnhill, Dalkey Co. Dublin. Significant rock excavation is ongoing with the Kingpost retaining wall system now installed and foundation construction has commenced.

The overall works include:

• Kingpost retaining wall system
• Significant rock excavation
• Undercroft basement parking
• Construction of residential apartment block incorporating 23 no. apartments
• Construction of 13 Houses
• All civil works associated with apartment blocks and houses
