Project Completion Millbrook Studios, Burnt Mills, Harlow:

BMCE provided civil and structural engineering services for the construction of a new-build landmark development at Harlow, Essex. This award-winning development, recently completed by Hollybrook, comprises 172 apartments and 12500 sq ft commercial space. The new structure is up to 15 storeys in height. The superstructure comprised a precast concrete structure, constructed over reinforced concrete transfer slabs at first and second floor level. This key gateway regeneration project has panoramic views over the River Stort and onward to Hertfordshire.
