Not only does the project deliver 191 badly needed homes, it also completes the western side of Burnell Park and is a another stepping stone towards the completion of the overall Northern Cross development, in Dublin 17.

The detailed design phase of this project took place almost entirely during the Covid pandemic, with all the added difficulty that entailed.
