Anovo Nursing home

Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers provided civil and structural engineering services for the conversion of the top floor of the existing Anovo Nursing home to create 23no. new bedrooms. The works also included the construction of additional external areas and carparks implementing new sustainable drainage features.

This was a challenging project as the nursing home remained open during the works and the design had to consider the limited access available to the Main Contractor. The result is an increase in bed numbers to 83no. in total.
